Container acceptance takes place in 5 steps:
Containers are unloaded between 8.00 am and 6.00 pm. In order to prepare accordingly, we ask customers to send the container information min. 3 days before planned arrival.
The pre-announced driver reports with the relevant documents to the office to confirm arrival. At the office, he is informed of the number of the ramp he is to drive to.
Using forklifts and pallet trucks, warehouse employees unload the container and distribute the goods in the warehouse.
The customer can choose the medium on which to store the goods. These can be, for example, industrial pallets, fumigated pallets or euro pallets. It all depends on the type of goods, the options vary. If in doubt - we provide expert advice.
Palletised goods are stored on racks. Goods with non-standard dimensions (i.e. oversize) are stored in designated areas next to the shelves.
